We had a fast check-in, the room was spotless and compact on designated floors. A safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator were all available. Superfriendly staff was available all the time.

Central location short walk to station and 0-24 open Lawson convenient store and the train/bus station starting 6am, it was in a shopping area.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Hakata Station or the underground shopping mall, the bus terminal and train tracks, and the Mall & restaurants. Property's staff was superfriendly all the time. The rooms were both stylish, spotless, complete with cookies and single bed, for example.

Facilities were super, nevertheless internet connection was weak.

We were impressed with the convenient location of Nishitetsu, being just a few minutes away from Hakata station. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The onsen was a lovely addition to our stay. Despite the limited breakfast choices, we found it delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and comfortable stay.

The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the train station with good amenities & an impressive lobby that provides a bright and comfortable atmosphere where you can enjoy coffee. The rooms are cozy and clean with an amazing standing shower and massage devices that will make you feel rejuvenated. I also appreciated the fact that they provide complementary flower delivery service for special occasions, which was informative, responsive and efficient.

The size of the room which was a bit small for two people to open their luggage properly. , finding the hotel was a little tricky, especially without GPS.

Staying at this hotel was a great decision. I loved the location, as it was very convenient for transportation with a bus terminal and train station nearby. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were excellent. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a lot of variety and was served in two different restaurants. The staff were also incredibly helpful and accommodating.
